We update prices daily via automated cron jobs. Each product shows the last update date, and 'Updated price ✓' badge appears for products refreshed in the last week.
What's the difference between verified and approximate prices?+
Verified prices ✓ are manually checked with direct store links. Approximate prices are extracted estimates and may differ from actual purchase price.
How much is shipping from China?+
Varies by weight, size, and store. Generally: AliExpress offers free shipping on many items. Temu has fast cheap shipping. Use the customs calculator for total cost.
Are there customs fees?+
Yes, shipments over 1000 SAR may incur 5-15% customs fees depending on product type. Small personal shipments are usually exempt. Check the customs calculator.
How long does shipping take?+
AliExpress Standard: 15-30 days. AliExpress Premium: 7-15 days. Temu Express: 5-12 days. noon and Amazon: 1-5 days (local).
Is buying from China safe?+
AliExpress and Temu offer full buyer protection. If your item doesn't arrive or arrives damaged, you get a full refund. Always pay through the platform, not direct to seller.
How do I report a wrong price?+
Click 'Report wrong price' on the product page. We review reports and update prices within 24 hours.
Do you receive commission?+
Yes, we earn small commissions when you buy through our links — this doesn't affect what you pay. It helps us keep the site free and updated.
How do I get a price drop alert?+
Click '🔔 Notify on price drop' on the product page, enter WhatsApp or email, and set target price. We'll alert you when reached.
